What I want my kids to learn during this uncertain time

Let’s pause, stay calm, and truly think about what we want our kids to remember during this time. What should we be teaching them? Let’s be smart, calm, and thoughtful, but don’t let the media hype create panic, stress and anxiety. This won’t be the last uncertain challenge our kids will face. Let’s strengthen their faith, resilience, acceptance, understanding and self-care. I am not an expert, but no that I want to do my best to give them the tools to face uncertain times with hope, faith, and strength.
