You are more likely to stick to something that is not extreme. Anything extreme isn’t a sustainable lifestyle. We want a more enjoyable lifestyle, and it is possible with healthy, balanced choices. This is also a perspective, and a mindset. Let us find the goldilocks zone, as Jillian Michaels says.
