I learned years ago that more than anything I needed more stillness, space, and to slow down. There are many ways to add stillness into your life. One choice at a time. We need this more than anything if we really want to be closer in our relationship with God.

Takeaway: It is more than ok to slow down, say no, and choose to pause and be still.
