Kelley is a mom of two, who loves the outdoors, Jesus, healthy choices, good energy, and making memories with her family. After years of working in the fitness industry, she truly believes it is the small changes that make the biggest difference. Motherhood has taught her that feeling your best comes from so much more than just fitness and healthy eating.
Her mission is to walk alongside as many moms as possible and help them to feel confident, empowered, and embrace who they are. She learned over the years that following your own path, although sometimes challenging...is the only genuine way to fulfillment, authenticity, and living the life you truly imagine. It is possible to love who you are, be yourself, and live according to your values, and give this to your kids. She wants to help you do the same, one simple choice at a time.
